- 1 packet frozen Acai pulp
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or other frozen fruit
- 1/2 frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk almond, cashew, coconut, dairy
- 1/2 cup greens optional
- 1 tbs. chia seeds optional

Instructions
- Before opening the acai packet, run it under warm water until you can break the frozen pulp into chunks. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and smooth, just a few seconds. Add a little more milk if it doesn't blend.
- Pour the smoothie into small bowl and top with your favorite toppings such as shredded coconut, granola, fresh fruit slices, raisins, drizzle of honey, drizzle of maple syrup, chopped nuts, hemp hearts, or mini-chocolate chips.
