Ingredients
Crust
  • 1 3/4cups honey graham cracker crumbs
  • 2tbs sugar
  • 2tbs buttermelted
  • 4tsp water
  • Cooking spray
Filling
  • 2/3cup cream cheeseroom temperature
  • 1/4cup sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp almond extract
Topping
  • 2lbs fresh strawberriesdivided
  • 1/3cup sugar
  • 1/2tbs cornstarch
  • 1tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4cup sliced almondstoasted
Instructions
Crust
  1. Place graham cracker crumbs in a bowl with sugar, butter, and water and stir to combine.
  2. Place mixture in a 9-inch round tart pan coated with cooking spray, pressing into bottom and up sides of pan to 3/4 inch.
  3. Bake at 350° for 10 min or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Filling
  1. To prepare filling, with an electric mixer whip cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and extracts in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of tart shell.
  3. To prepare topping, place 1 cup of strawberries in food processor and process until pureed.
  4. Put strawberry puree, 1/3 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook 1 minute.
  5. Remove glaze from heat, and cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Glaze
  1. Combine 4 cups strawberries and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  2. Arrange berries, bottoms up, in a circular pattern over filling.
  3. Spoon glaze evenly over berries.
  4. Sprinkle nuts around edge.
  5. Cover and chill 3 hours. Enjoy!
